Fleetwood Mac | “Albatross”
Day is done. Goin’ down slow. All the accumulated stresses of the day, just shake em off. We don’t need them do we? I saw the fabulous film “Man on Wire” this evening and this song came on. “I know this song,” I said, although I couldn’t remember who it was by. I re-discovered that it was by Peter Green’s Fleetwood Mac. Many years ago, some friends and I use to discuss what your personal soundtrack would be, y’know if you were just walking around the city street like in the movies and a song was playing. This is a strong contender, for me anyway. Beautiful.
Here’s the video. Back to that personal soundtrack idea, this would be good too.
